Collective Wisdom
½-Day Program
This ½-day program is designed for intact leadership teams (or boards or similar). Research shows that when properly facilitated, groups make better decisions than individuals do. Participants in the program will learn how to use the art of round tabling to bring their collective wisdom to bear on any creative challenge facing the group.

Influencing Without Authority

As a leader, your effectiveness often depends upon people whom you have little, if any, authority over—colleagues, their staff, external partners and even your own boss. Knowing how to manage up and influence without authority is essential to your long-term success. Thankfully, authority is only one source of power. This 1-day program will explain how to tap into alternative sources of power to influence anyone you work with.

Coaching for Leadership
1-Day Program with Pre-work and Follow-up
Leadership is personal. It is about what you do, not just what you know. More specifically, it is about what you habitually do and do well. This assessment-driven program will highlight participants’ strengths, weaknesses and tendencies as leaders so that they can choose personally relevant areas to improve. They are then assisted in developing a plan that will help them turn good intentions into lasting changes in their approaches to leadership.

Leading change is perhaps the most critical and the most difficult aspect of a leader’s role. Whether initiating change yourself or leading your people through imposed change from above, mastering the art of leading change is essential to your success. Yet, sadly, two out of three change initiatives fail. This two-day program will show you how to use proven models and strategies to successfully lead change in your organisation.

Executive Renewal
2-Day Program with Pre-work and Follow-up

Elite athletes understand that you cannot perform at your peak without also building in time for recovery.
